Wizkid’s Made In Lagos Re-Enters Billboard World Albums Chart

Wizkid’s 2020 album “Made In Lagos” has re-entered the Billboard World Albums Chart at number 15 after exiting the chart for a short period.

With this development, “Made In Lagos” has now spent eight weeks (non-consecutive) on the Billboard World Albums Chart. It recently re-entered the chart on Tuesday, 5 January 2021 after it peaked at number 2 on its chart debut.

Starboy Entertainment boss and RCA recording artist, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, set a number of impressive records with his album, “Made In Lagos“.

For example, it peaked at number 1 in 24 countries on Apple Music and also number 1 in 9 countries on iTunes. “Made In Lagos” is also the highest-charting album by an African artist on US iTunes, at #3. Additionally, Wizkid became the first African artist to enter the Top 200 of US Apple Music as a lead artist twice: Come Closer (2017) and Ginger (2020).

So far, Wizkid has only dropped two official videos for singles off the album; here is the video for “No Stress” below:
