“Kim is also asking the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to either party,” ET wrote in a report. While there are several reports that their marriage has been over for a long time, the date of their separation is still listed as “TBD”.

The couple will have joint and legal custody of their four children — North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1. The media narrative is that Kim is now ready to move on with her life.

An unnamed source told ET; “Kim filing for divorce from Kanye is just a formal part of the process. The couple has been done for a while and have been amicable for a while. At the end of the day, Kanye and Kim love each other immensely but knew it was time to call it quits. Their children are their number one priority and no matter what will maintain a positive relationship for them.”

Before now, there were claims that their political views, lifestyle, and even property may have been the reason behind the divorce. With the details emerging, the divorce looks as amicable as possible.
