Past, Present Political Office Holders Have Failed Nigerians – Dino Melaye

Dino Melaye, former senator who represented Kogi West district, has stated that past and present political office holders, including him, have failed Nigerians.
Melaye, who lost the 2019 senatorial election to Smart Adeyemi, lamented on Instagram, that though Nigeria has sold crude oil for 64 years, yet the country could not feed its citizens during the lockdown imposed over the Coronavirus outbreak.
He said God will judge the leaders on behalf of poor Nigerians.
He wrote: “Everyone who held and is holding any political office in Nigeria whether elective or appointed, including me, have fail (sic).
“We sold crude oil for 64 years but we couldn’t feed our citizens for just two weeks of lockdown! Well, the God of the poor will judge is all. It’s time to reboot – SDM.”
