Gov Adeleke, Hon Soji, Others Attend Final Burial Ceremony of Apostle Ogungbangbe in Iloko Ijesa
Earlier today, prominent figures including Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, and Rep member, Honorable Soji Adetunji, representing Odo Otin/Ifelodun/Boripe Federal Constituency, gathered at Iloko Ijesa for the final burial ceremony of late Apostle ( Prince) Rehoboth Oluwanisola Ogungbangbe ( JP).
The ceremony also saw the presence of members of the National Assembly, notably honoring the life of Pa Ogungbangbe.
Apostle Rehoboth Oluwanisola Ogungbangbe who passed away at the age of 95, was remembered as a significant figure in Osun State, particularly as the father of the state Commissioner for Cooperatives and Empowerment, Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe.
Meanwhile, Honorable Soji Abidemi Adetunji, in his tribute, hailed late Apostle Rehoboth Ogungbangbe as a patriot whose contributions extended beyond Iloko Ijesa, impacting the broader community positively. He emphasized the late apostle’s selflessness and commitment to the welfare of others, describing him as a dependable father figure and a dedicated philanthropist who lived a fulfilled life.
The ceremony was also graced by other notable personalities including the Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adewale Egbedun, members of the state assembly, Osun State PDP Chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi, Yeyeluwa Modupeola Adeleke Sanni, among others, reflecting the respect and esteem held for late Apostle Rehoboth Oluwanisola Ogungbangbe.
