Police Detain Music Video Director, Clarence Peters, Over Dancer’s Death
The Lagos State police command has reportedly detained music video director, Clarence Peters, for questioning, over the death of video vixen and dancer, Love Divines, popularly known as Kodak.
Peters is said to be detained at the State Criminal investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID), Yaba.
Bala Elkana, spokesperson of the command, in a chat with LIB, confirmed that Peters has been detained, and is being questioned, as the police is investigating for murder, Gistreel.com reports.
Elkana said since the dancer died in Clarence’s apartment, himself and some others, who were present at the time of the unfortunate incident, have been invited.
Recall that news broke on April 30, that Kodak had died.
Reports say she was electrocuted while charging her phone at the music producer’s house in Omole Estate.
It was gathered that the dancer, who was bare footed and sat near the door of the residence, was operating her phone she was charging, when the incident happened.
Unconfirmed reports said she suffered chest burns when the phone fell on her body, and died before she was rushed to a hospital.
