Premier League: Second Brighton Player Tests Postive For COVID-19
A second player of Premier League side, Brighton & Hove Albion, has tested positive for Coronavirus.
A club spokesperson confirmed that the unidentified squad member is “recovering well at home”.
The news emerged on Thursday afternoon, shortly after a press conference involving the club’s chief executive, Paul Barber, and head coach, Graham Potter.
The Seagulls, last week, revealed that a player in the team had tested positive.
However, the player is said to be fine now.
“He is symptom-free now and made a good recovery,” Potter said.
